The event features up to 300 contestants each year, competing in various challenges, tests, and speeches to win the ultimate prize: the title of NZ Young Farmer of the year. Each year, three – four of our amazing crew have covered each day with video filming and live streaming with multi-camera coverage. All content is published on the FMG Young Farmer Facebook page and YouTube channel.
Part of the mammoth production is to produce quick turnaround edits for several highlights packages, including full event highlights and individual contestant highlights. All video content needs to be edited and ready for play out on the final night at the awards ceremony.
