We’ve just returned from an awesome weekend in Sydney, once again hanging out with the team at ANZCA for their annual scientific meeting at the ICC.
We’ve been working with ANZCA for many years to provide video content at their ASM’s, and have been lucky enough to travel to several countries in the process including China, Malaysia and Australia. This year is the first year since COVID we’ve been back to join the ANZCA team at their ASM.
Our main role when working on these events is to produce interview videos with keynote speakers, attendees, and other participants at the conference. These interviews provide some really interesting insights into the latest developments in the field of anaesthesia, and allow ANZCA to share that information with their audience via e-newsletter. All edits are turned around quickly on the day to be ready for viewing the same evening, helping ANZCA members who couldn’t attend the conference on the day to stay informed and engaged even when they couldn’t be there in person.
This year we had an added bonus of following the convenors on their fun run and producing a highlights video. It was a great way to show off the community and social aspects of the conference, and reminded everyone that it’s not all work and no play.
